what an absoluteley disappointing experience! the public onsen lacked any sort of nature views, which was shocking. also, no one mentioned needing reservations for dinner, so i was left hungry and frustrated. it woudl ve been nice to recieve an upgrade or at least some minimal compensation for this inconvenience. i almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

Immersed in luxury, I adored the stunning outdoor bath and delicious kaiseki dinner. The attentive staff made our stay even more enjoyable, creating an unforgettable atmosphere.
The location's remoteness led to longer commutes. alternatives are limited without a vehicle. It’s a decent walk to the transport hubs.

Exceptional service and unique amenities.
Unfortunately, the pillows in the room were far too firm, causing pain in my neck for days. I also found the cleaning to be subpar, with stains lingering on the sofa and chairs, making me question cleanliness standards. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find only one onsen pool available, which felt inadequate given the hotel's offerings.

Incredible Open-Air Bath Experience
My stay was absolutely unforgettable! The suite came with a breathtaking balcony onsen bath that I indulged in multiple times each day, making it a truly relaxing escape. The kaiseki dinner was a feast for both the eyes and the palate, showcasing beautifully presented dishes that I can't stop raving about. While the hotel is a bit remote, which requires some planning for transportation, it contributes to its peaceful ambiance. I just wish there were more onsen pools to choose from during my stay.

Exceptional service and unique amenities. the open-air hot spring bath provided a serene escape. Delicious kaiseki dinners and delightful treats made the stay memorable. Great views from my room added to the experience.
The only drawback was the firmness of the pillows. they could use some improvement for a better night's sleep.
